UROC to co-host U of M 2024 Juneteenth Celebration—11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, June 15
The University of Minnesota will hold its annual Juneteenth Celebration block party on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in North Minneapolis. Centering on the theme, "We are the Noise: The Echoes of Our Ancestors," the event will begin with a commemorative march, which will start at 11 a.m. and leave from the University’s Robert J. Jones Urban Research and Outreach-Engagement Center. The march will conclude with an outdoor block party on Plymouth Avenue at UROC. The event is free and open to the public.
