Workers' Experiences in Strip Clubs

The purpose of this study is to document the workplace experiences of entertainers within strip clubs in Minneapolis and provide information to guide policy. The project will actively engage workers’ voices about the workplace, policy and ordinances, and their ideas for improving working conditions. The research will use an action research (AR) approach that focuses on collaboration and co-construction of the research process with community stakeholders.
