Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore will headline the inaugural conversation of Advancing Climate Solutions. Now., a new public discussion series hosted by the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs and Institute on the Environment.
Co-sponsored by the University's Office for Public Engagement and Robert J. Jones Urban Research and Outreach-Engagement Center, the series' inaugural conversation will also feature IonE Executive Director Jessica Hellman.
Advancing Climate Solutions. Now. :The Swain Policy Series aims to inform and mobilize civic engagement around environmental and climate issues during Climate Week (October 25-29) and beyond. A watch party is planned for viewing the event at the Humphrey School. Learn more.
