The meeting rooms at UROC can be used for meetings between community members and the University of Minnesota. It’s a policy that helps strengthen community-University partnerships and to identify issues that can be addressed together. The rooms can be reserved up to three months in advance. The capacity of the three rooms vary from 18 to 115 people. Click on the icon below to download a pdf that includes an application and the guidelines for using the rooms. We ask that when completing the room reservation form that you define any acronyms used, for clarity.
Due to construction, the west end of UROC's parking lot will be closed until fall 2018. Additional parking is available across the street on the northwest corner of Morgan and Plymouth Avenues.
